Refund Policy

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains when Rapid Index Checker by GrowMatic Pte. Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our") may provide refunds for subscriptions and one-time purchases made directly through our website and services (collectively, the "Service").
If you purchased through a third-party marketplace or app store, that provider's billing and refund policies may apply instead.

2. Key Definitions
- Subscription: a recurring plan billed monthly or annually.
- Billing Period: the time covered by a subscription charge (e.g., one month or one year).
- Annual Plan Month: for annual subscriptions, one of the twelve monthly segments in the annual term (used for calculating refunds of unused full months).
- Credit Pack: a one-time purchase of non-expiring usage credits (if offered in your account).
3. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription from your account billing settings. Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, cancellations take effect at the end of your current paid Billing Period. You will retain access through the end of that Billing Period.
4. Subscription Refunds
We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or partial Billing Periods (for example, we do not refund for "17 unused days" of a monthly plan).
Monthly subscriptions
Monthly subscription charges are generally non-refundable once the Billing Period has started. If you believe you were charged in error, see Section 6 (Billing Errors & Goodwill).
Annual subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, we may refund unused full months remaining in your annual term. We calculate the refundable amount by:
- Counting only full Annual Plan Months that have not started.
- Excluding the current month in progress (no partial-month refunds).
- Issuing the refund back to the original payment method, net of any applicable fees, chargebacks, or taxes we are required to retain.
Example: if you cancel partway through an Annual Plan Month, that month is not refundable, but future full months may be.
Requests for annual subscription refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the annual charge date shown on your invoice or receipt.
5. Credit Pack (One-Time) Purchases
Credit Packs are refundable only if they are untouched (no credits used at all). We do not provide refunds for remaining unused credits after any portion of a Credit Pack has been used.
Requests for Credit Pack refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date shown on your invoice or receipt.
6. Billing Errors & Goodwill Refunds
If you believe you were billed incorrectly (for example, duplicate charges, incorrect plan, or an unintended renewal), please contact us. We may issue refunds or credits for billing errors and, in some cases, as a goodwill gesture, at our discretion.
To be considered, refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the charge date shown on your invoice or receipt.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@rapidindexchecker.com with:
- Your account email address
- The invoice/receipt number (or payment date and amount)
- The reason for the request (billing error, annual unused months, untouched Credit Pack, etc.)
We may ask for additional information to verify account ownership and investigate the request.
8. Refund Timing & Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Refund processing times vary by payment provider and bank; in many cases, refunds appear within 5–10 business days, but may take longer.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing issue, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may delay a resolution and may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when changes were last made.
